Clean lines form the contour of an eight-pointed star.
The eight-pointed star, or khatim in Arabic, is formed in the overlapping of two squares. It is believed by many that these squares represent the duality of the universe—the spiritual and the physical worlds. When the squares combine to they are said to create perfect balance, and cosmic harmony. These celestial forms can be seen all over Marrakech—especially in the Ben Youssef Madrasa, the largest madrasa or university, in Morocco. Wear this geometric starburst and align yourself with the light and wisdom of the universe.
